Telephone interviews

Telephone interviews are in many cases a very good method for collecting data for a market survey. Among other things, it may be that the target group cannot be reached in any other way or that there are things in the survey that require us to clarify or ask follow-up questions.

 

Web panel

Web panels are fast and relatively cheap and are well suited if you have a market survey where you want to ask questions to a large number of people.  Because we have a variety of background information about the panel members, we can target a very specific target group. We can offer data collected from a telephone recruited web panel of the highest quality that has a composition that very well matches Sweden’s population in terms of, for example, gender, age and geographical spread.

 

Online surveys

Online surveys are a flexible and cost-effective method. Through online surveys, we can conduct a market survey that includes pictures and films. Online surveys often lead to large volumes of comments and open responses.  Our online surveys are mobile-friendly so that they can be used to answer all our surveys via mobile phones and tablets

 

Focus groups

Focus groups can be a good tool for developing creative suggestions by creating a dialogue between the participants that creates new approaches and insights that the participants would not arrive at in personal one-on-one interviews. We do not offer only recruitment as a stand alone service.

 

Desc research

We seek out and compile already available information so that it is available to you in a manageable format. This can be sales figures, number of companies in a particular industry, information about competitors, prices, market shares, etc.
