Pulse surveys adapted to your needs

Pulse surveys can be designed in a few different ways and can be adapted based on your needs and objectives. For example, we can design the survey to follow up on the results of a more comprehensive employee survey and monitor problem areas and key areas that have been previously identified as areas that needs improving.

We can even adapt the content of your pulse survey for different groups of employees to make sure the study is as relevant as possible. We are more than happy to produce questionnaires that follow up on the specific areas that are most relevant for you.

 

Clear and easy-to-understand reporting

We offer several different approaches for sharing the results of your pulse survey with you but we recommend an overall report with an analysis that complements the individual reports per manager and/or department or workplace.

We present the results either as written reports or via a web-based reporting portal. With the web portal, your managers can get individualised reports that give them a clear overview of results, and you can even produce your own analyses and reports using the analysis tool.

We can also set up a notification system that will notify affected persons of low scores, e.g., for employee engagement or high stress levels.

  • Overall report with results over time and comparison across organisational units etc.
  • Clear and easy-to-read visual presentation of results.
  • Individual reports per organisational unit.
  • Web-based reporting and/or Power Point reports.
